You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 1333ba and to access any real-money gaming or betting feature. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. 1333ba reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each individual user may maintain only one registered account on 1333ba. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1333ba reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You must notify 1333ba support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

1333ba accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh-native payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options may be available via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits and bonus funds may be held in separate balances; real-money funds are spent first unless stated otherwise.

1333ba reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, collusion, or any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333ba platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of errors in odds or game software.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of valid transactions, or misuse of payment dispute mechanisms.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs or proxy services.
• Sharing account access with any third party or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf using your account.

Where 1333ba determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or recent bets, withhold and/or recover any winnings derived from the prohibited activity, and pursue any applicable legal remedies. 1333ba's determination in such matters is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 7.

Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation. Please include your account details, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence when submitting a dispute.

Where additional information is required from the user, the resolution period may be extended accordingly. 1333ba's decision on all disputes is final once the internal resolution process has been completed, subject to any applicable legal rights you may hold under Bangladesh law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1333ba with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
